This was Zach's last week of Bear scouts before he turns 10 and moves on up to Webelo's.
Mom got to go with him. They met a police dog and asked the officer a million questions before we were escorted into the building and went downstairs where the "cave" room is located for dispatching. Each individual dispatcher sat at a desk with about 8-10 monitors on them. They take about 1000 calls per day sometimes up to 2000 where there are usually 8-14 dispatchers that cover all of ADA County
