A big part of Optimist Football is that their first scrimmage of the season, they get to play on the blue turf at BSU. This was the Jamboree kick off for the season
It's Zach's first year in Optimist Football and he is
so excited to tackle somebody! What's also fun is that
he was able to choose the #32 that Dilan bore when he played
Optimist and he is playing on the Meridian Gold team as
Shea was also on the Meridian Gold several years back. One of
Zach's coaches is also Joe Borton that coached Shea during those
Optimist years also. Zach is looking forward mostly to playing
on the BSU turf this weekend for their Jamboree. Each time gets
to play just a short few minutes on the field tomorrow.
